I go through the PSF analysis, transaction trends, and supply pipeline before recommending anything. You should know what you're buying and what the market data says about it.
If a project doesn't fit your needs, or if I think the timing is off, I'll say so. My long-term reputation matters more to me than a short-term commission.
I check in periodically on how your property is doing, flag market changes that might affect you, and am always happy to revisit your portfolio strategy as your life changes.
