My Story
I work across Singapore's property market, from residential new launches and HDB upgrading journeys to industrial and commercial opportunities. What that means in practice: I research the projects, compare the numbers, track the transacted prices, and lay out the options clearly so that when you make a call, you're making it with your eyes open. Not on gut feel, not on a developer's pitch. On real information.
There's a lot of noise in this market. New launches every other month, headlines pulling in different directions, agents pushing projects for reasons that have nothing to do with your needs. Part of my job is to filter all of that out and focus on what actually matters for your specific situation: your budget, your timeline, your goals, your stage of life.
