Do I need to pay for an initial consultation? +

Never. Our first conversation is completely free and without obligation. I want to understand your situation before you commit to anything, and that goes for me too.

I'm just starting to explore. Is it too early to contact you? +

Absolutely not. In fact, the earlier the better. Many of my clients reach out months or even a year before they're ready to buy. Starting conversations early means you're better informed when the right opportunity comes.

Do you only work with new launch buyers? +

No. I work with new launch buyers, resale buyers, sellers, and investors who want a portfolio review. If your question is about Singapore property, I'm happy to help.

How quickly do you respond? +

WhatsApp messages usually get a reply within a few hours during the day. Email can take up to one business day. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is always the fastest way to reach me.

I'm overseas / not based in Singapore. Can you still help? +

Yes! I work with overseas buyers and investors regularly. We can do everything over video call and WhatsApp, and I can handle showflat visits and paperwork on the ground for you.
